It was a great place...
Liked: First off the night attendant was awesome - our tv didn’t work and he promptly fixed it ( a gamer had changed around the cords) he was super pleasant. The young lady in the morning was also super nice. A lot of places the staff is just doing a job. I have a feeling they were the owners. It was a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. Only reason they aren’t getting a 10 is because it isn’t a luxury hotel, but then I would be paying hundreds of dollars more. For a reasonably priced hotel it was probably the best I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean.

Stressed by the extra charge!
Disliked: I was charged by both you and booking.com even though we cancelled Booking.comThey billed for over $400. I don't have the exact amount in front of me right now.
