Liked: Friendliness of staff.
Disliked: The bed are way too high. I had to climb ,then hoist myself in the bed. My 82 year old mother struggled tremendously. The continental breakfast could use a few more options. I left my computer charger and called back as soon as I realized it. The same day. The front desk had no idea if they had a lost and found and told me to call back the next day. I am 3 hours away from this location. Better training and knowledge would be a plus. We always stay here when we come to Murfreesboro. Just disappointed with this stay
