It was horrible!

Disliked: The location was horrible. The staff were rude...rooms were dirty and severely outdated. Paint was peeling off the walls. The air conditioner air smelled like mildew. The remote with tape on it didn't work in our room. Requested a new one it didn't work. Requested a new one it actually worked no tape brand new. Left for a while day for a day trip. Requested no one enter our room. When we got back we went to turn on TV and the remote with the tape on it was back in our room. When confronting front desk and asking for a different remote bc someone had taken the one that worked out of our room and replaced it with the taped one that didn't work the staff became argumentative and tried to tell us that was the remote they had given us that worked. No. Guy at the front refused to give us a receipt at check out. Bc he said we were lying ....they tried to charge us for two dogs when my husband said 2 ADULTS and children. There was a dog hanging around the parking lot that was very sickly and you could tell someone had abused it. When reporting this to staff they did nothing saying you can call animal shelter if you want. It was horrible..false advertising for sure...broken dryer sitting in parking lot..trash cans outside overflowing...very sketchy...my family were scared to be there .
