Disappointing

Disliked: There was holes in the wall the heater didn't work the bathroom was missing the overhead light panel no coffee or other amenities word exposed

it was a headache dealing...

Liked: location
Disliked: when I checked in the bathtub and the sink were clogged. it took almost an hour for the maintenance to get there and almost an hour to fix the issues , it was so inconvenient. the receptionist won’t let me check in to a different room . they should check everything before letting a guest check in.

Liked: Loved how clean and cozy it was
Disliked: $100 deposit when you arrive ontop of paying for the room. You do get the deposit back but it's not made clear when making the reservation so if I didn't have the extra I would've lost the money for the room as they don't issue refunds.
