Disliked: Me and my wife stayed in a room and the bed bugs was biting my wife the next morning I went to tell the staff about it they gave us another room they told us to call booking Com to refund one night and the manager didn't call booking back to let them know about it

Liked: Staff was friendly understanding clean cmlomfy bed
Disliked: The shower head wouldn't turn so the water went over the shower stall getting water all over the floor

Liked: A place to sleep
Disliked: Fire alarm batteries were low kept going off. Doors wouldn’t open right or shut so everyone was slamming doors. Washcloth left in shower from previous customer. You had to keep getting up to turn tv on didn’t work with remote. Volume way too high. They said quiet time was after 10pm but people hollering and running around after that time.

Really not worth it

Liked: Stayed here a year ago, so location great.
Disliked: Refrigerator wasn't working at first, solved. 3 light bulbs were missing. Toilet not well attacked to floor. Halls not vacuumed. Stairway doors noisy and closed violently. No coffee Sunday morning, not yet 9am.
