Very upsetting!

Disliked: We had a first floor , queen bed reserved through booking dot cm. When we got there they only had a 3rd floor 2 double beds available. The room smelled like cigarettes and was foul. It was an outside steps and snowing out. We declined to stay and they supposedly refunded my card. He gave me a receipt showing that the card was refunded. It has been five days and I still have not seen my credit. What a horrible experience . Had to drive back to Duluth Mn that night on treacherous roads.Not sure if I’ll ever reserve a room through booking . Com or Red Roof ever again!

I will never stay there...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty floor. No soap. 2 towels. Had trouble finding a room that was acceptable.

The price was right and...

Liked: Felt very private . The front desk employee was very helpful . He had to give me a different room the keys didn’t work . It was very cold out . So he met me at the second room and me being a women by myself and it was late I felt completely safe with him.
Disliked: Doors bed and bathroom need upgrading .
