Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: My heat did not work nor my tv. I had only five channels out of 57 channels.

Affordable price and pet friendly

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: No good television channels

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean. Pet friendly. Ground level was nice since we had our dog with us.
Disliked: No one was at the check-in desk when we arrived, so you had to call someone to come help you and wait until he came. Then, our room card would not work, so I had to go back to the office and make another call to get help. I waited so long that I had to call a second time. Thankfully, two gentlemen were in the office when we checked out.

Liked: The location was wonderful. So convenient to many places! Close to the Zoo which is why we came. Also near a Target, Wal-Mart and many other stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Beds were hard. No tv channel guide or info about it.

Liked: I liked that it was clean. And the staff was very nice.
Disliked: it wasn't in the greatest neighborhood and as a woman traveling alone I was uncomfortable. I stayed for a couple nights and it could have used more toiletries. I also didn't receive my room deposit back yet either.

Disliked: The front office staff was hanging out with friends. I felt like I was interrupting them both on check in and check out.
