Liked: Jessica was amazing she was so understanding about one situation but some of the other staff that worked the office were quite rude about making payments but also Genevieve was really kind to a long with the house keeping staff!

Liked: I wasn’t told that there was a breakfast. I didn’t have any. I would have appreciated that. 😒
Disliked: I could hear the tv in the next room. There was a group of people who were right outside my door that kept talking. They weren’t swearing or obnoxious, just laughing and talkative.

Liked: I found unclean linen on the bed,holes in linen and even in the curtains the floors didn't seem to be swept throughly, the room as a whole could've been done better ,there were beer cans left outside

Disliked: Store out back had band til 10pm. Then people in and out of room next door all night. Slamming doors and screaming while I am trying to study for a medical exam in am. Ask for new room and was told no, room under bed was disgusting and bathroom was gross.
