Disliked: The only bad thing I had about it is the maid that cleans the room kept knocking on my door every morning at 9:00 that's the only problem I had.

NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Liked: The location of the hotel to the interstate is great. Located next to Mountain Jack's Steakhouse is wonderful and convenient. The closeness to Starbucks was also great.
Disliked: There was no soap to wash our hands. The dispenser was not working properly. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk he apologized but said the maintenance worker was gone for the day...it was a little before 5 pm. In addition, there were no breakfast items...nothing except coffee. This is not the first time there were not breakfast items. Not even a banana or an apple. Shame.We've been a repeat customer for over 15 years. We will never go back to this hotel.

Disliked: Everything was in a bad state of repair. The sink was cracked. The shower wall was badly cracked. The shower curtain ripped and shower head leaked. Old fridge. Sheets not so nice.
