Disliked: the staff was not very cooperative. wasn't willing to help with any of our needs.

Disliked: Very rude staff bath room door wouldn't shut the bath tub faucet was loose bath tub was very slippery rented 2 queen bed only 2 towels for 3 people

Pleasant

Liked: Location..
Disliked: Didn't like someone opening the door without knocking. Chain on door is the only reason they didn't walk in. Someone had to have key card and went in another room by the time i went and checked. Wasn't cleaning crew they were on front of building.

Passable

Liked: It was close to where we broke down, bed was soft, hot when 1st entered room but AC worked great once room initially cooles
Disliked: Floor sloped, and had soft spots, white bedding was stained

Adequate for quick overnight stay.

Liked: Good location if you are traveling North on I-75.
Disliked: TV had no signal. Lady from front desk had to come fix it. Then in the morning--no signal again.

Awful

Liked: They said I had 2 rooms booked that was not true my AC unit stopped working so I needed a place to stay out of the extreme heat the man checking me in was very rude I paid more for the one room than what was on my reservation some how my phone was hacked he said he didn't care about my phone getting hacked I couldn't go somewhere else because of having to pay for a cancellation fee I ask for clean towels the next day and I never received any at all wifi did not work and the remote didn't have any batteries
