Liked: I definitely loved that the room was very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like that when we first got there, my son had to use the restroom. He went to go pee. So when he did that, the floor was wet. I felt bad cause I yelled at him twice thinking he peed on the floor. My oldest son went in after I had cleaned the floor. He had taken off his clothes , Sat them on the floor cause he was about to get in the shower. He went to the restroom as well. He flushed the toilet. The only reason he knew it was the toilet, is because his feet were wet..and his clothes were soaked. So of course he wasn't happy. He spent a lot of money on his clothes. Also the staff was very to me, but I sent my daughter down to fix our key, and a lady was very rude to her. She's only 10.

Disliked: This property needs to be torn down if they're not going to at least try to make it nicer! We got there and right off, the white blanket was dirty, and so were the towels. Went to the office to get clean stuff and was told that they didn't have staff that day, so no clean bedding! Then, as I was sitting at the table, a roach came from behind the TV, and then another, and then another!!! Call the front desk, and she immediately apologized and gave us another room. Sat in this room observing because if I saw another roach, I was leaving, but thankfully, there wasn't any. But the bed was awful. It was an old bed with springs, hard, and you had to sleep in the middle, or you would roll off! This was a last-minute stay for Christmas, and I will never stay there EVER AGAIN!!
