Disliked: When we let the beds down to sleep the sheets were full of black hair! I had to ask for clean bedding! Went to take a shower and moved the shower curtain and dirty rags fell down . I will never stay here again. I do not recommend this place at all.

Liked: The staff is always attentive , friendly and helpful. The rooms are always in decent repair and clean
Disliked: " quiet time" is rarely enforced and children acting like children at 3 a m doesnt,get it. Beyond that, no complaints...very nice,, as always.

Liked: The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Carefully maintained. We stayed at the Wingate in Chattanooga on the way to Florida, paid the same but not as nicely maintained as this one. Felt like we received very good value. If the next Red Roof is as good as this one, we will probably use them exclusively.

Liked: THERE IS NO RED ROOF IN IN JOHNSON CITY TEXAS. YOU BOOKED ME IN TENNESSEE. I REQUESTED TEXAS BECAUSE I WAS IN TEXAS. NOWHERE DID IT SAY IN RESERVATION THAT I WAS BOOKED IN TENNESSEE. I REQUESTED TEXAS SINCE THE DAY BEFORE U BOOKED ME IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS. ENDED WITHOUT A ROOM TO STAY AND NO ROOMS AVIABLE. BAD EXPERIENCE. NEED A REFUND. YOLANDA SALINAS.
