Disliked: The door didn’t lock after a certain time. I demanded a refund and was only refunded $20 plus the refundable deposit of $50. The owner or manager stated that his little sister lives there and he wouldn’t let her if it wasn’t safe. The purpose of renting a room is to ensure the door locks for safety. What a tragic realization. Smh I would never suggest this location or any like it to anyone.

Liked: I honestly can't think of one positive
Disliked: I didn't like how annoyed the staff was at me simply asking for more toilet paper. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and the hole was barely repaired. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old. Obviously visible stains all over the blanket and sheets. And to top it all off i found a cockroach on the last morning. We made sure to hit the road before the sun was barely up.

Liked: The area was ok I guess. Just out side of down town Indy. Fairly quiet
Disliked: The room j was disgusting, so God knows what kind of substance on the hairdryer that didn’t even work possible mold on the bathtub. I’m pretty sure our self eagle matter on the bathroom wall and blood by the sink not to mention found a pair of women’s underwear by the bed.
