The Red Roof Inn was...

Liked: We just needed a room to sleep a few hours and the bed felt great and the bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Neighbors were noisy early in the morning. Not sure why people can't be respectful. It wasn't the fault of the hotel but was annoying. The room was non-smoking but still smelled a bit of smoke. Again, people not being respectful.

Liked: If all you want is a bed and a bathroom, this is ok.
Disliked: Very bare bones. No fridge, refrigerator, hait dryer, coffee maker, or breakfast. (knew there wasn't breakfast but were surprised at the lack of the others)

Disliked: Inconsiderate staff. Called ahead with request for 1st floor accommodations as I'm disabled and cannot do stairs. Assured that I would be given. Message not passed on to staff. So, after i insisted that i was to have a first floor room, i was moved to a queen room instead of king. I'm not all that picky: comfy bed, hot shower. I got 1. Water was iffy warm, not hot. Then I had to stand up in the tub to reach the shampoo dispenser. Imagine that! Empty. Finished bath, then went to dispenser for lotion. Empty! So in the AM I go to check out, voice my concerns and fill a cup of coffee. Imagine that. NO COFFEE. Per staff, hotel was purchased by the Days Inn next door and they had taken the coffee pot next door and not returned it. All together it was a horrid stay and I will be contacting Booking for a refund of some of my stay. Oh, and the door malfunctioned and wouldn't close. Called down to the 24 hr desk. NO ANSWER. So had to walk back up to office to get someone to fix so that my door would close.
