Disappointing

Disliked: Room smelled of sewage upon entering, but that did wear off after a few hours when we came back after dinner. Neighbors woke us up at 2:30am when they came back. Also again from 4:30-5:30am while having sex. We saw them later when they left and they looked very thin and like drug addicts.

Liked: The staff were nice
Disliked: the fact the area is horrible lots and lots of drug related activity as a recovered addict it was not a peaceful stay at all it tested my sobriety for the whole 3 days I was there people don’t like to keep their dogs on leashes so watch out for your service animals

Disgusting

Liked: The only thing I like was it was close to the convention center.
Disliked: Was told breakfast was at 10 because it was sat but when we went down they finished at 10. The room smelled like cigarettes but was non smoking, the table lamp was broken, the light in the bathroom didn't work, drunks being reckless in the parking lot and my kids and I got a bunch of bed bug bites. They still haven't called me back.

Mold, uncomfortable beds, and unfriendly...

Disliked: Lots of mold in the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable. I didn’t expect much either with this being a cheaper hotel. We got a non smoking room, however it still heavily smelled of smoke. We only stayed for one night and were only in the room long enough to sleep. If it had been longer we probably would have insisted the front desk give us another room. The staff was not friendly on arrival so we decided to just deal with the room we were given.
