Disliked: When we arrived it took 15 minutes to get in the lobby to get our keys because it was locked she was on a phone call the refrigerator didn’t work and the room was dirty and the tv remote didn’t work

Disliked: On the morning of Saturday Nov 2 around 9 am , I saw the manager outside my room and asked to please have all 3 of our room cleaned , since they had not been cleaned in a week. The female manager told me she would clean them for us that day. Fast forward Saturday evening, I went to the lobby and complained to the same female manager that our rooms were not cleaned, she in turn called the police on me, 3 police officers showed up to my room and told me we had an hour to leave the hotel, I was very upset to say the least , there were no hotels available in the area and we had to book a room 20 minutes further west on interstate 40, this caused us to now have to drive over an hour each way to our project we were working on. I’ve already complained with with a booking.com rep. who took my complaint over the phone. I was told by the same female manager the night she kicked us out that I would get a full refund for the next week we had the same 3 rooms reserved for, I have not seen my refund yet ??? Your rep. That took my complaint over the phone also indicated she would get my $2,000.00 plus refunded to me and she would get back in touch with me and it’s been over a week and I have not heard from anyone at booking .com about making this right for us.

Disliked: Roaches, roaches, roaches! 😳 Then the smoke alarm went off at 6 something in the morning. The office lady gave us a new battery. We put it in and got a little more sleep before we had to get up. While we were getting ready all my husband did was spray cologne on and it went off again for some reason. The bathroom had moisture damage on the ceiling. We reported the roach problem and she said she would get someone to spray after checkout and did apologize.

No one with any decency...

Disliked: Room was never cleaned during my visit. Had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Web site pictured a room with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. There was none of these. I inquired and was told they only had a few rooms like that. Bait and switch move. Bedding had large stains on them. Nasty
