COCKROACHES!!!!!

Disliked: checked in. imeadiately walking into the room was punched in the face by a moldy, rotten feet smell. while looking around cockroaches ran accross tv stand/dresser. I imeadiately went to front office to try to get my $$ BACK. was moved to diffrent part of hotel. Was told was a newly remodled room. This one didnt smell and after a in depth stripping of beds (looking for bed bugs) and searching for cockroachrs again, i found none. It was now past 10pm and i was exhausted from a very long drive. Went to bed on a horrible very uncomfortable bed. awoke next morning go to get in shower and NO HOT WATER!!! The shower head leaked every where. I let the water run thinking it may just take a min? The back part of shower head fell off and I HAD ENOUGH!! I know you get what you pay for, but this was beyond rediculous. I have never left a bad review for a hotel. sometimes the room is amazing and sometimes...ehhhh. THIS PLACE THOUGH

Okay place to stay for...

Liked: Location was great. Staff behind desk was great. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Had to change rooms after door was too hard to get open and tv didn't work. Desk clerk couldn't find us any wash clothes. Had to pack up and change to another room. Second room was much better than the first. Hot Breakfast wasn't replenished although we got there at 8. Breakfast was from 6-9. Disappointing.

Liked: Great staff, breakfast was actually pancakes and sausage not just microwaveable food actually cooked and was good
Disliked: I booked and paid through booking.com and was also charged on my debit card but they fixed it just took a couple days to get it back but was very easy to work with to get it back

Reasonable stay, but the cleaning...

Liked: Location, setting and friendliness of the check-in staff person.
Disliked: There was a used wash cloth on the sink that was folded as though it were clean. The faucet to the sink was not clean, there was a bathtub ring and glass rings stains on the bedside table. Not a very tidy room.
