Clean, but no ice and...

Liked: Room was clean, evening and morning staff was very friendly. Hotel is conveniently located to activities. It was apparent that the hotel is being updated/renovated.
Disliked: No Ice - only ice machine appeared to be broken. There was no ice and the machine didn't sound like it was running. Reported to hotel desk. The soap dispensers are AWFUL! No soap could be dispensed from the hand soap dispenser beside the bathroom sink. No shampoo could be dispensed in the shower, and bath gel would only dispense a drop or two, despite repeated pushing on the dispense button. I appreciate helping the planet by using dispensers, but PLEASE - install some that work. This is the second Red Roof where I've stayed that has the same dispenser problem.

Liked: Love the jetted tub and how close it was to everything.
Disliked: How u can hear everything. When we first got to the hotel the room next door was playing music so loud then got woke up at 1am by drunk people cussing and fussing. Just no respect for other guest. Called front desk and they took care of things. Just don't care that u can hear everything going on in all rooms even the room above us.

Good location but the rest...

Liked: I liked the location!! We parked the car and walked to the main street where all the stores are located!
Disliked: The staff is 1 star or less! The free breakfast was so simple. Nobody came to clean the room or change the towels during our 4 days stay. I asked for a room with a view and the front desk lady told us that they were making improvements there and nobody was there but we hear noises like people walking and showering during nights! Not worthy for the price!
