It's a place to stay...

Liked: This location is just steps away from downtown. Free onsite parking. Hot breakfast is served from 6 - 9 (pancakes, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurts and a few other options).
Disliked: If you end up in room 107 or any room downstairs, you can everyone's movements on the floor above you and can hear the commotion going on in the kitchen next to room 107 along with the t.v. which gets turned on at 6 a.m. You can also hear the guests talking next to room 107 while they enjoy breakfast. The ice machine did not work. 2 out of the 3 lamps in our room did not have bulbs. Housekeeping could do a better job with cleaning as they did not vaccum the carpet in between the beds and doesn't look like they've dusted the furniture in a while. The mini fridge could use a defrost as the freezer was iced over and we couldn't put anything in there. The bedsheets and mattress pad do not fit the mattress which should be replaced as they look old anyway. The key card did not work which we went up to office to inform the front desk after arriving. Upon our third time going to the office about this issue, the lady informs us instead of pulling the handle down (as you normally would to open a door), pull the handle up. The shower handle leaks water and someone wrote on the shower fixture with permanent marker to identify which side is cold, hot and off. Why not just replace these minor issues?

Liked: Right in town so close to everything.
Disliked: Room cleanliness. Jacuzzi tub would not hold water so jets shot water èverywhere. One of main reasons I had booked that room.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and the breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and polite.
Disliked: Bathtub and toilet were disgusting, I had to clean it myself to use the bathroom. There was little water coming out of the shower, and it was clogged. Not enough towels and blankets. The room was smelling like cigarettes and there were loud people outside. I was expecting way more for the price I paid
