Okay except for the uninvited...

Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: On the last night there my husband and I were watching TV when a man opened the door to our room with a key card that he was given by the front desk. We both were surprised by his attempt to enter our room. They make a mistake at the front desk by giving him the key to our room.
