No refund despite no door...
Liked: NOTHING!!!
Disliked: I arrived and could not even breathe in my room it was so smokey. I had requested and paid for a smoke free room but definitely did not get one. I went to call the front desk to ask if there were other rooms but my room phone did not work. I decided to walk out to talk to the front desk and noticed my room DID NOT HAVE A LOCK! I had been traveling for hours that day for my niece’s graduation and knew I could not stay alone in a first floor room filled with smoke and without a lock. I had to book another hotel 40 minutes away from the graduation. It was a total nightmare and the property would not issue a full refund despite the unsafe conditions of not having a lock even after I sent a picture to prove. Booking.com also was extremely unhelpful with resolution. They told me they would help with a full refund and in the end didn’t give me what they promised. This was an absolutely awful experience that could have been easily resolved with appropriate customer service but instead was handled completely inappropriately and by misleading the customer. I will never use this app or stay at the hotel ever

Liked: N/A: Breakfast was not provided at this location. The location of this facility was convenient to the event we were attending in Greenville.
Disliked: We had a few incidents that were extremely in-hospitable. After our 1st night, an attendant came to our room asking us to check out. We explained that we paid for 2 nights and that the name she referencing was not ours. The attendant did apologize after another attendant explained the error to her but the episode upset our elderly mother who is still discussing the incident. The same day, after returning from our event at around 7pm, a separate attendant refused to give us clean towels. He said the hotel did not provide towels after a certain hour. We explained that the earlier attendant took our dirty towels and assured us that we would have clean ones by the time we returned from our event. He then gave us 2 towels and said it was hotel policy that they could not provide more than that, per room. There were 4 adults in our room.In addition to these incidents, our door and security latch was broken, there were black bugs in the bathroom and there were spots and burns on the sheets and comforters.
