Horrible, left a day early

Disliked: The room was non smoking, however it was next to a smoking room so all you smelled was smoke. Shower head was broken and flooded entire bathroom

Long night glad its over...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We set an alarm for 2:00AM as a back up we asked for a wake up call and went to sleep. At 10:00 PM we received a call waking us up to confirm our 2:00AM call. LOL! Also there were some young adults having a party in the hallway, out of fear we kept to ourselves and didn't want to make it an issue for the staff to have to deal with. Also our alarm went off at 2:00, and we NEVER received our wake up back up call.LOL

Mediocre at best even if...

Liked: We had a smoking room which was nice for us. We didnt require many amenties.
Disliked: The bed was awful. It had zero support, a huge soft spot in the center like a 600lb person had slept in it for a year straight. The bathroom walls were super dirty. The mini fridge was hardly working. The ceiling was damn near ready to fall in on us.

Liked: The first desk clerk helped us and apologized when we had to switch rooms because our original room wasn’t made. The last clerk we talked to because I am being charged twice, he helped me and gave me a few answers to solve the situation, it isn’t solved yet but he was more helpful than the second clerk we spoke to.
Disliked: When we got there, we had to change rooms because our original room was not made. The staff who helped us was helpful but it didn’t make the situation any better. The room didn’t seem cleaned, bugs were everywhere and questionable stains were around everywhere. Noticed I was charged TWICE and went to talk to the person behind the counter, he was rude and made it seem like it was my fault, he was also sleeping on the job when we were there for breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, waffle maker, mini muffins, stale cereal, and that was it. We got Dunkin Donuts after because we weren’t fulfilled. I booked a room with this hotel because I wanted breakfast with booking and it wasn’t worth it. Me and my partner didn’t feel safe, the people besides and above us were loud both nights, and people kept trying to get into our room thinking it was their own.
