Quick work trip

Liked: Location was great, not at all far from the interstate. Refueling locations near by.
Disliked: Only thing was no property lights

This was the worst place...

Liked: One positive, we had a channel guide for the television.
Disliked: They could have had a phone in the room. I had issues and had to walk up to the desk to speak with them. The ice machine was broken. My sister walked to the office to get brewed coffee and the breaker had apparently flipped and we were not able to get coffee. They also had a long list of items if you damaged or stained anything what it would cost. A big standout was $70.00 for the bedspread. The place was in poor shape. Looked like they had better rooms on the other side of the building.

Superb

Liked: The location of the hotel is right off I-70 in Grand Junction. The location was excellent for our needs. There is a brand new shopping center about a mile down the road. It's full of restaurants and stores. The staff at Red Roof Inn are really friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious. I like that the door opens to the parking lot and not the interior of a hotel. They also allowed us to bring our dog and we weren't charged an extra fee for her. There is a mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, so it's convenient to get lunch or dinner. The room is definitely worth the price they charge.
Disliked: The one complaint I have is that the bathroom is so tiny. It would also be nice if they had extra blankets in the room without having to bother the staff to get one. Otherwise the hotel met my expectations and then some.
