Liked: Nothing it was creepy location...treacherous parking lot the snow and ice were not cleared in back 2 days after storm. Room was cold all night. Thin blankets. Difficult to find restaurants the area us very awkward to get around

Liked: Very convenient for quick sleepover mid-trip with our dog. Great dog area outside. Friendly staff and clean.

Denied a late check out

Liked: Late check in.
Disliked: Was denied a late check out after prepaying and arriving late. The reason given was that "the hotel is fully booked for Saturday night".As check in is normally after 3 pm and it was obvious that the hotel was less than a quarter occupied. An extra hour was much needed. I have never stayed at any other Red Roof, or any hotel, that would deny a late check in customer a late check out.The next morning, I checked out exactly at 11 am. The maid was already at the door ready to clean the room. It was obvious that there were not many other rooms that needed to be tended to.
