Disliked: Had reservation for a smoking room but when I went to check in the lady at the front said they had no smoking rooms available after I reserved it online and she wouldn't let me get a non smoking room so I did not stay. I like this red roof because the room is a good size for me and my family they are just rude at the front desk and now when you check in if you have a pet they charge a $50 cleaning fee but only in cash. This is the second time I've had a reservation and did not stay.

Disliked: Pictures were a lot nicer than the actual hotel, when we arrived the location was already questionable, but they were burning incense throughout the hotel to try and cover the smell of pot and pee…our bed sheets had yellow stains on one bed and paw prints on the second bed, and a dead beeping smoke detector shoved under the mattress…overall I would not recommend staying here in a pinch. (Which is what we did because our original hotel called and canceled due to a maintenance emergency.) My room was not worth the almost $100 just for one night…and breakfast or coffee didn’t exist…

Disliked: Absolutely horrible experience.My wife needed to be in Fort Worth early in the morning, so we decided to just head up the night before and book a room. I chose the pay upon arrival option, but the employee of the hotel tried to run my card early hours before we arrived. I keep my cards locked while traveling, so the payment didn't go through. So when we arrived, not only did it take over 30 minutes for the employee to come to the front desk, but she also informed me that because they couldn't charge my card, they cancelled the room.I asked if I could just pay for the room then, she said no. I asked if there were any other rooms available, she said no. So we had to find another room somewhere else last minute, and barely got any sleep. This was the worst experience I've ever had when booking a room. I don't plan on ever trying to make a reservation at any Red Roof Inn in the future, and honestly I also won't continue using Booking.comJust absolutely horrible.
