Rude AF!

Liked: The location is 15 minutes from the i40 - After being on the road for 8 hours, we thought we would save a few dollars and find a place off the highway. Just before we arrived our 1 year old pooped his diaper and we needed to change him. We parked in the front and walked into the unlocked front door. We he approached the front desk and started reading the literature for pricing and rules. Suddenly, a woman walked out and started shoeing us out the door. She told us to get out and go to the window. Found the window and told the woman we had a reservation and she quickly replied. “I need to see your ID.”I immediately wanted to leave, the baby was crying hysterically and there was no bathroom for my husband to change his soiled diaper. I told them to please cancel the reservation because we wanted to stay somewhere else! Booking was great canceling the reservation!!! I got a full refund - despite the hotel manager lying saying that they provided an adequate room that we found unsatisfactory. We never even saw a room because we never made it past check-in!!

Disliked: Well let's start that I payed for a room o. Line when I get down ther to check in the manger was very rude and threatened to call the cops on me for having people wait out side for me while I check in .
