Poor

Liked: I need a refund as I had to make a second reservation once I got to the location. You billed me for the first one but it was not in their system. TOTALLY disappointed, tried to correct it but was speaking to someone in Japan????!!!!!!
Disliked: Give me a FULL refund!

Needs work before we stay at this location again, but the overall experience wasnt the worst weve encountered.

Liked: Room was comfortable overall, staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was occupied by numerous small insects; we discovered a spot of (apparently) fresh blood an one of the pillows (exacerbated by the fact only one pillow on each bed had an actual pillowcase, clean or otherwise); and the electrical outlet next to the sink didnt work; staff was made aware these issues upon departure.

Great Place to stay and I plan on staying again.

Liked: The management staff, Fallon and Chris were Great, I had a nice clean room and felt good staying at this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

Was there for the Darlington Race so wasnt in the room a lot just to sleep and bath so all in all it was okay.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: Little outdated.
