Disliked: Room was dirty, elevator didn’t work.

Room had some updates but...

Liked: New paint, new bath fixtures and shower curtain, great water pressure and temp, comfy beds, good lighting and new TV.
Disliked: The wall behind the desk area looks like they remuded it and painted but didn't finish it., The lobby and the elevator have not been renovated and are old and dirty.Long black hairs in our bedding and on the floor in the bathroom.Floors could use a wall to wall scrub.Tub was peeling.

Liked: Nothing really... Hair was on my floor in the room. They were understaffed but nothing was ready or done...Pool was cold no towels, hot tub was not working

Disliked: Pool was grimy and free breakfast was only bagels and coffee

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Shut it down. The customer service at check in was rude. The hotel was filthy. Could not even believe that the pool and hot tub area was considered working order. The area made Shrek's swamp look appealing. This includes the work out room . I could smell it just by looking at it through the window. Everything was dirty , the room , hall, elevator. Bed sheets , floor, sink All dirty.
