Disappointing

Liked: Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean
Disliked: As soon as we opened the door 4 baby roaches and a full grown German roach scattered into the room from the door frame. When I went to lock the door another adult roach came out from the lock. I killed all of them then I saw another two in the bathroom unsurprisingly. It was late so we just made sure the beds were clean and didn’t see anymore during our overnight stay. Bathroom definitely needs an update too.

Disliked: Didn’t like the room bec the place have roach everywhere and they change me to another room and still have roach in there and they refuse to refund my money tht I been waiting for since the third party Approve everything and they was waiting for the manager to refund my money and I still waiting and very disappointed with them and thinking bout doing law sue against that hotel
