Disliked: Loud people outside at 4am. Not the first time

Liked: Nothing at all… The worst hotel experience ever..! I’m not usually one to complain but
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean as it should’ve been.The air conditioner/Heater had no cover over it and it had a lot of dust on it..

Liked: Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean
Disliked: As soon as we opened the door 4 baby roaches and a full grown German roach scattered into the room from the door frame. When I went to lock the door another adult roach came out from the lock. I killed all of them then I saw another two in the bathroom unsurprisingly. It was late so we just made sure the beds were clean and didn’t see anymore during our overnight stay. Bathroom definitely needs an update too.

Disliked: Need maintenance. Dogs of managers in the reception area is not acceptable.
