Terrible

Liked: The room had cockroaches in it. I left after 2 hours and booked another hotel. I.have photos of the bugs. I was not given my money back
Disliked: Cockroaches

Wouldn’t book again

Liked: Room was nice and clean but no heat in the room and it was cold.
Disliked: No heat and didn’t pay attention that the hotel where the rooms was outside not inside. Not my preference. At night a lot of commotion and police activity

Had a hard time sleeping...

Liked: Great location to highway and everything I needed to do.
Disliked: My room had roaches in the bathroom tub. Will slow to drain.

Disliked: was told we had handicap room got there did not have any using wheelchair cannot walk did not stay or go into the room had to go to another hotel sister stay there was told cops fighting screaming banging on walls dogs barking did not feel safe there should get a full refund never using booking .com again
