Liked: The staff was friendly and responsive. The room rates were affordable.
Disliked: Booking.com double booked our room. In spite that we had a receipt for one room only, they submitted a second reservation to the Red Roof Inn, which we had no record of. Since the fee for the second room was non-refundable, we had to pay a no-show fee for the second reservation, which was an error on the part of Booking.com. very distisfied with Booking.com.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The toilet leaked, and it took 2 days to fix it. The bathroom was not cleaned well, especially after the toilet leak. Garbage was not picked up daily. My reservation made through Booking.com could not be found in the system, which was worrisome since I made the reservation over 11 months ago. I was thankful that there were enough rooms for us to stay.

Liked: the room was functional and served the purpose - to sleep and shower.
Disliked: bathroom was gross, not clean - there's stains on the walls, door, and shower/tub. I wore flip flops. It was so small I couldn't close the door while in there. the bed was very uncomfortable and I had a hard time sleeping.

Liked: It was close to the event we needed to go to.
Disliked: The place needs some updating. The beds are not comfortable. The airconditioning in the room is pretty old and dirty, you could see the dust on the vents. The bathroom seems clean (how would I know, the lighting is dim), but it smells like shower curtains/cloth that didn’t get to be dried right. The tub drain in the bathroom and sink in the room seemed clogged (it took a lot of time before the water went down). When I called the front desk to ask if there was someone who could fix it she snapped at me that they didn’t have 24hr service (Jeez was it that hard to just say it nicely to a paying customer?), no resolution whatsoever. The room smelled like old dirty rags, too. I was so uncomfortable that I wanted to check out at 8am even if I just slept at 230am. Never again.
