Disliked: Was refused entry, told i wasn't allowed in. Told there were no rooms and my room was cancelled.

Liked: It was cheap and easy. The shuttle service to the airport was fantastic and I think it makes your location a great one for travelers who need a cheaper place to stay. I thought the staff was nice and respectful.
Disliked: It was not that clean. There was a really horrible smell that was in my room and the main lobby; almost smelled like a chicken coop. I could feel springs in the bed, which made it fairly uncomfortable to sleep on. There were only three pillows, which is not enough for a king-sized bed. On top of that, the pillows seemed old and worn out; they did not do anything to support my head when I slept. The room, overall, looked really rundown.

Disliked: Stained towels, dried blood in the shower, overall uncleanliness lead to not feeling comfortable to sleep on the bed!

Booking is over booking

Liked: Booking over sold the facility, the staff was friendly but couldn't do anything further since they were sold out.
Disliked: Booking was still offering the facility and they were sold out. I'm still waiting for my refund d since I couldn't stay at the facility.
