Disgusting and uninhabitable.

Liked: We actually requested this booking to be cancelled after we arrived for the first night due to the unhygienic nature of this place. Bed bugs and cockroaches throughout the room.
Disliked: Bed bugs and cockroaches. The staff didn’t seem to care. Have not replied to my messages regarding cancellation and have still maintained the charge on the room even though we did not stay for the booking.

I didn’t stay because of...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom and in the bed. Upon inspection of the bed it had dark specks all under the mattress and found a dead bed bug on the mattress. This hotels reviews are consistent with filth and bed bugs.

It was very nice

Liked: It’s was clean and I loved the big SPA tub I no the room
Disliked: I didn’t like that some of the towels in the room around the shower was cracked and pulling apart and around the sink
