Basically paid for a storage...

Disliked: This review has also been left on google...My husband stayed at this hotel for one night. He states the bed and bathroom were clean and was happy to have a room to sleep. He did send me pictures of the room and did show it was relatively nice. My issue with this hotel is that they placed a paying guest into a room that was utilized as storage for a coin pusher machine that was sitting in the middle of the sitting area and 18 boxes of premade quarter roll covers stacked on the desk, and did NOT remove them prior to his check-in. When my husband discussed these items being present in his room, with the person at the desk at the time of his check out, he received only an apology, with no offer of a discount or room comp. The selling of this room with these items present is not professional and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

Liked: We come to Crossville about twice a month and was so glad to have a great price close to the ball park. Hopefully we can catch more great deals with Red Roof Inn. Staff was super friendly and the improvements are looking awesome!!!
