Disappointing

Liked: Everything felt cheap. I’m OK with that, however, the room had a dank smell. Had to turn the fan on to circulate the air, not to smell it.

Liked: There was yelling in the hallway.

Never going there again

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: It's appears that there are homeless junkies living there. We felt unsafe outside, and we're asked many times for cigarettes by the people living there, and we kept getting locked out of a back door because it did not function properly. It seemed as though There were possible drug deals being made in front of us outside.

Exceptional

Liked: The location and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The price. It definitely wasn't worth over $100 a night. It should've been more like $75

Poor

Disliked: I understand that upkeep is expensive and difficult, but there is no excuse for being dirty. There was debris on floors in the corners and behind the toilet. Dirty around the doorknobs and light switches.Housekeeping did not stock towels or supplies during the full day of our stay, but on day of check out attempted to enter our room without knocking.

Lesson learned. No more RED...

Liked: Arrived , could not get in to check in. Finally someone heard us knocking. Heater didn't work properly.Got up next morning and couldn't shower as there was no hot water. The one staff person that we could find said yes they heard about that and hoped to get it fixed soon. That was as we were checking out. Way too little, WAY too late.

Liked: Location was good - could walk to food and coffee. Dogs stay free
Disliked: Had to wait for hot water..Im guessing after the morning rush of people taking showers. Also the curtains were off the clips at the end of each side-we had to climb on chairs to fix them to block out the bright lights from outside. Paper thin walls..you could hear people talking, their tv, people in the hallwayBathtub was stained and didn’t drain properly.
