The was the most disappointing...

Liked: The beds are fairly comfortable for a hotel. Staff friendly when you see them.
Disliked: We received No housekeeping Services for 6 of the 7 days of our stay, and even that was the very minimal. They should even bother putting tip envelopes in the room.I had to take our dirty towels to the desk and ask for them to bring clean ones, and I also requested one extra towel which was never received What was delivered to our was the washcloths and a hand towel, so I had to go back to the desk to request the rest of the towels. They gave me a towel and said they would bring the rest because they were in the dryer waiting to be folded. This was the evening time, I would have thought they should have clean towel already folded. The beds were never made or even straighten out the entire 7 days of our stay, and the linens were never changed. The coffee and tea area in the room was never restocked. The trash was only emptied once, the day before our departure. It's not like the hotel had that many guest during the time of our stay. The housekeeping cart would be in the hallway, so we (originally)assumed they would do our room, but it would be in the exact same spot when we returned in the evening and our room was never touched.

Disliked: Cobwebs in the windows, curtain broken, Bathroom latch sticks.

Liked: Close to highway. Bed was comfortable. 24hr coffee ans tea.
Disliked: There was no soap, not even for hand washing. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower cabin was veey old and moldy. Room had very old, very dirry rug. TV remote did not have cover. Aerconditioner/heater controls ware not working.

Liked: I love that my pup stays for free! And that there's always coffee in the lobby.

Decent, price good, cat friendly.

Liked: Cat friendly, staff very friendly, location is close to 81, price is decent, near a Starbucks, medium fridge in the room
Disliked: There were crackers on the carpet under the bed.
