Disliked: The bathtub drained extremely slow. A problem like that should be addressed as soon as the cleaners noticed it. Something like this doesn’t happen overnight.

Liked: Convenient location and dog friendly
Disliked: The room was not clean (it was obvious that the bathtub/shower had not been cleaned recently) and the sound on the TV didn't work. When the staff was told about the dirty room and lack of functional TV, no other rooms were available and we were told that we would be refunded some money for the inconvenience, which we were not. There also was not hand soap in the bathroom. There was also only 1 bedside table.

Walking distance to many restaurants...

Liked: The beds are fairly comfortable for a hotel. Staff friendly when you see them.
Disliked: We received No housekeeping Services for 6 of the 7 days of our stay, and even that was the very minimal. They should even bother putting tip envelopes in the room.I had to take our dirty towels to the desk and ask for them to bring clean ones, and I also requested one extra towel which was never received What was delivered to our was the washcloths and a hand towel, so I had to go back to the desk to request the rest of the towels. They gave me a towel and said they would bring the rest because they were in the dryer waiting to be folded. This was the evening time, I would have thought they should have clean towel already folded. The beds were never made or even straighten out the entire 7 days of our stay, and the linens were never changed. The coffee and tea area in the room was never restocked. The trash was only emptied once, the day before our departure. It's not like the hotel had that many guest during the time of our stay. The housekeeping cart would be in the hallway, so we (originally)assumed they would do our room, but it would be in the exact same spot when we returned in the evening and our room was never touched.
