Good low maintenance option with...

Liked: This is the infamous property in Corpus where Selena was shot. The hotel name has changed since then. There is a Mexican restaurant attached that has great bfast and if you are staying at the home you get 15% off the food bill.
Disliked: The rooms could you some care, nothing dirty as much as just shabby and needing updates. In my room the toilet seat wasn’t attached.

Ended up leaving and renting...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Did not feel safe, the rooms were not clean and the sofas were torn. People hanging around watching you.

DIRTY and unhealthy place to...

Liked: There was nothing to like about this place except the location.
Disliked: Room was dirty, walls and ceiling had black mold spots, floor was dirty, restroom door would not close, microwave and fridge had rust, pool was very dirty. Bad and unhealthy place to stay.

Liked: Everything was clean when we got there. The room was nice and pre cooled. Clean linnen and towels. Ac worked great. Everything from top to bottom was nice and clean. Good clean pool too! Friendly staff too!
Disliked: Refrigerator had large amount of ice buildup on the inside platform of the freezer and even in the upper half of the refrigerator. Music was playing loudly even past midnight.

It was convenient.

Liked: The price since it was just a place to lay my head at night.
Disliked: The shower looked dirty.
