Liked: Affordability. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Check out person was friendly. Cleanup staff friendly.
Disliked: Front desk person was less than friendly. Heat blower was VERY LOUD. It went on for 90 seconds and went off for 10 seconds all night. Hard to sleep. Water in shower flowed into the bathroom making it dangerous to walk.

Liked: Rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping very nice, always helpful.MELISSA AND MIKE DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AT THE SAME TIME. THEY BOTH POSSESS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. I had a speedy check in and out and my dog stayed there at no charge. Thank you for all your kindness Red Roof inn from me and my family. We would definitely stay at Red Roof again and recommend others too also.

Bad

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Roaches, the shower was poorly thrown together, the ceilings had wet marks and looked horrible, the lady st the front desk during the day time never smiles and acts like she's miserable, rude, the breakfast sucks, the owners are far worse. No compassion, it's all about money to them. They own all the gas stations and motels everywhere.... they can't even understand English situations. Like you try to explain to them whats going on and they don't get it or care to get it. The person over our room never stopped moving like they were on crack.

Liked: I just want to say that front desk clerks....Mike and Melissa are awesome! They both have Great customer service skills, hanks to them both, Check in was a breeze, both were kind and knowledgeable, makonfnoʻ welcome! .
Disliked: Reservaton days were incorrect but it got fixed and all worked
