Very convenient for early morning...

Liked: I had an early morning flight out of Wichita and was able to use the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver was very friendly and gave me good instructions on where to go for my return shuttle. Service was quick.

Disliked: The room was great but you might update the bathroom tubs. It was rusty under the tub mates. Could not tske a bath to soak

Disliked: First room smelled terrible but the hostess got us into another room right away.

Liked: The check-in guy was good looking and very helpful.
Disliked: Room/ sink faucet not secured to the sink----Seat on the toilet not attached.

Pleasant

Liked: I was there for event in the event center.
Disliked: They need to accommodate for people who have medical conditions that require medications that need to be refrigerated. The event started at noon and asked for the earliest check in to have access to a refrigerator. Hotel said 3 pm for check in which worked out fine considering the time of year it was.

Disappointing

Liked: Location, The last time I stayed the first room was not clean .They moved me.the 2 nd time I stayed i brought a friend .we booked a room with a Queen beds. Covers not clean. Headboard had oil on. Toilet had tar on the lip of toilet. Tile bathroom mold. No toilet holder .gone missing.
Disliked: I got 3 hours of sleep. We did not get there till after 3 am. Maid pounding on door 10am. I thought ck out was 11.i had my alarm set for 10:30 am so I could take a quick shower.

Bad

Disliked: Kids running the hallway yelling and knocking on doors and staff was rude. My great aunt who was tired and half deaf I guess upset her and she kicked us out 20 mins after getting there because she assumed she was yelling and she wasn't she is always laid due to not able to hear the staff refused to call the room or give her the room info when she was lost after going to the car to get rest of her stuff from the car. But after I found her in the hallways the staff called saying we had to leave.
