Paid twice.

Liked: The hotel itself was fine, some minor issues but normally expected for a budget stay.
Disliked: I was charged twice! I pre-paid for this booking then was charged again when I arrived. I asked for a receipt several times so I could raise this with booking.com but I still haven't been sent one.

Disliked: It was really dirty lots of holes everywhere not enough lighting pretty gross

Disliked: The door didn't lock. Staff didnt seem to think that was a problem. There were wine stains on the sheets and wall, neither had been cleaned. I should have left but I was so exhausted. I didn't bring anything inside. Slept in my clothes and almost left them behind. Nothing had been cleaned for many guests. Also, the door didn't lock. Just wanted to make that clear. Was not going to leave a review, but I got a request to do so by email, so, they literally asked for it. No, you could not pay me to stay at another Red Roof.

Traveled 7 hours from Michigan...

Disliked: When they gave our rooms away they said it wasn’t their problem. And hung up.
