Very disappointed
Liked: Staff was trying to be friendly. Staff helped when water was all over the floor. That's as good as it got
Disliked: Room still had dirt on the floor ...refrigerator had leaked all over the floor ... bathtub had hair in it ...floor had hair on it ...had to rewipe the table off ...chairs had holes in them and very worn out ...bed sheets had hair in them .... not a pleasant place to stay .

Dirty, stale, questionably clean room.
Liked: The hotel is close to the highway and a gas station.
Disliked: The room reeked of bleach (I was warned at the front desk the cleaning team liked to use a lot of bleach.). The smell dissipated and I opened and closed the door bringing on luggage. What they *should* be using bleach on are the linens and towels. The bedsheets and pillow cases had an odor of…staleness or even of being used and unwashed. They *looked* dingy.When I pulled out a couple washcloths and hand towel at the sink, I used them and then noticed how filthy they were. (I failed to take pictures.). The washcloth had old eye makeup on it and the hand towel has a dirty tan circle of dirt. I pulled off the two bath towels and they were questionable as well.I took the bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels to the front desk and asked for a set of clean. Even these had a stale odor.The bottom of the shower curtain had pink staining (mildew) and the shower head had the same pink mold.
