Disappointing

Liked: Manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room itself was extremely disappointing. There were holes in the wall, the microwave was missing its plate, the tv remote was missing its back, the hair dryer’s buttons was broken and pushed in, the bed was hard and lumpy, but worst of all the bathroom was disgustingly nasty with a previous occupant’s vomit or diarrhea all around the base of the toilet!

Liked: My room was full of trash beds was dirty not made it looks like it was someone else’s room and just was never cleaned.
Disliked: Could have been clean to start with
