Disliked: I had to move rooms three times the first one the toilet was broken,the second room had bugs they took care of it had to be whoever was there before me ,the last room was ok the sink drained slow but for the most part it was ok

Liked: Front desk attendant was helpful, courteous, and friendly.
Disliked: Safety lock on door to room was broken and non functional. Chair in room was broken, and facilities were old and not in very good shape overall.

Disliked: Very very dirty. Please check the room before you use it. I found dry blo0d on the toilet seat. So’ that room was not cleaned before me. Safe, hair dryer and outlets doesn’t work neither. I let the front desk know about the situation. They moved me to another room that was even worse. Many stains on the bed sheets. Again safe and dryer not working. All they said was “do you really need a safe?”. Not a single penny was discounted. It was a nightmare experience.

Disliked: The beds were small we were told at the booking it was queen beds they were full size. I asked for adjoining rooms when I booked and didn’t get them. A member of the staff was smoking weed around the front desk area. Smallest bathrooms ever. The trimming on the wall kept falling off. No remote or phone in the room.
