I could not recommend this...

Liked: Floor plan was spacious enough, and the heater did a great job of keeping the room comfortable when set at 75-78 degrees with the outside temps in the teens. Walls were acceptably soundproof. It was an unexpected surprise to find an iron & board and safe in the room.
Disliked: Bathroom light over sink wasn't working due to replacement lights being "on order." Remaining room lights were a little too dim overall! Bed was uncomfortable; and previous pillow users must have had a pet with them because pillows & linen had a slight flea infestation. It took me a long time to fall asleep, and I had a sore back and flea-bitten hands each morning. Also there was only ONE hanger in the room.

Happy that I wasn't out...

Liked: I like the fact that the staff was friendly and courteous and they did their best to see to it that I was taken care of when I had a complaint
Disliked: The hair dryer and the heater for the room in 308 was broken so I call the front desk and needed to get a room change. I was changed into room 302 in room 302 the ventilation fan for the bathroom is incredibly loud and squealing on top of that there is dried blood spatter at the top of the wall in the shower. Got switched to room 301. None of the beds in the rooms were comfortable and the place smelled so bad of old cigarette smoke the whole floor smelled of old cigarette smoke. The carpets are filthy. I left almost as soon as I woke the next morning.

Disliked: No microwave No refrigerator No towels and wash clothes

Liked: Beds were comfortable and it was clean.
Disliked: The heater sounded like a wind tornado and the toilet wanted to keep running.
