Horrible horrendous horrific

Disliked: The manager could have been more accommodating seeing I woke up with a bed bug in my bed and had to leave all my belongs there and left at 7 am when check out was 11a also it was snowing real bad and I stay 30 mins away

Disliked: The General manager is unpleasant. She doesn't accommodate the guest with pleasure. I travel there all t j e time and have only had problems when she was on duty. I used to pay in advance buy, stopped due to unresolved problems with booking agency and property. I had to pay again to stay and never received money back from booking company. on 12/16/2024 I booked a stay and used card to hold room. when I got there the front desk started to help me. the general manager came out and started to take over. She told me that I had to pay with card. I suggested that she used the card on file and was told that they don't do that there. after a little back and forth I used my card to pay for room. afte complaining about her attitude. she canceled my room and issued me a refund. Booking.com still has not returned my money to my account for service not rendered on December the 2nd 2024 or December 16th 2024. both times.your company should not have charged my card for payment. I have started a complaint with Booking.com and still have not received money back to my account. the total due back to me fron Booking.com is over $200.00 dollars.
