Liked: The smaller very clean and very nice. The only downfall is the elevator broke down this morning. And I can't hardly walk up and down stairs

Disliked: Checking into my room only to find out someone is already in it. Got room switched but should have gotten a free night considering I was staying a week. Finding out prostitution and sex trafficking happens there.

Disliked: - no maid service- room (214) stunk with tobacco smoke- badly worn carpet and stains to walls, bathroom countertop- stained sheets- ice machine out of order, elevator out of order for 1 day, key card failed after 1 day- shady looking characaters walking around the facility late at night

Liked: The lobby staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help. They kept apologizing for all the issues.
Disliked: Back and forth to the lobby twice after checking in because the keys wouldn't work(apparently the door mechanism wasn't charged), had to change rooms. Had to ask for bath mats, hand towels, and wash clothes as there weren't any in the room upon check-in
