I will spend more for...

Liked: It was cheap
Disliked: Smelled like animal urine.. all the baseboards were busting off, especially in the bathroom from obvious water damage and wall swelling. Tub caulk has spotted mold, mold in the gap around the inside of the toilet, mold on the window air unit vents.. flooring planks were separated and swelling from moisture along the walls. Beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Tub constantly dripped and had unsightly staining. Room 114
