Disliked: The room was dirty. My lights in the room didn't work. Asked if they could switch me rooms he said he would have someone come up to check it out nobody showed up. Asked for a discount and that didn't happen either. Very unacceptable.

Disliked: Looks nothing like the pictures. Half the lights didn't work. Hair dryer was missing and that outlet didn't work. No phone no lamp TV remote didn't work. Had to go get pillows. Cigarette burns in everything including the curtains. Guy was never in the office even when I got there to check in. Had to wait on him just to check in then when I went to get pillows and another remote.

Disliked: There were bullet holes in the doors. Burnt holes in the bedding. Place smelt so bad. We left and didn't stay at all. They refused to give our money back.
