Disliked: This room was booked for me for my birthday and the room was not as clean as it should have been it was holes in the blanket what people been smoking no one came out to the room to clean it or to see if I needed clean it no one brought towels and this is supposed to be a four-star hotel very disappointing to be in O'Hare to be treated this way and one more thing y'all said how was the staff never seen no styles only the people in the front lobby desk

Don't waste your money on...

Liked: It's a smoking room which is okay instead of freezing outside even though the heat barely worked. Had to try sleeping with clothes on because it was cold.
Disliked: Absolutely the worst and definitely most disgusting place I've ever stayed. For starters the heat did not work very well, It was very cold in the room. The TV channels only half of them worked. The ice machine was out of order, The bed felt like it hadn't been changed in 15 yrs springs popping out. The door does not lock going outside, needless to say I think the room was cleaner when I checked out because I wiped everything down and got all the garbage out of the room, look like someone broke into the bathroom door and poorly fixed it looked like the thing had been cracked in half and foam sealed and taped together and duct taped, a new door could cost maybe $30 even a used door. If you ask me this place is definitely overpriced for how it appears extremely disappointed in this stay!!! I'm pretty sure the thermostat did not work either the bathtub is absolutely disgusting. Extremely low water pressure. If anybody reads this I would strongly suggest not staying here especially if you're going to be there with a family. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I'm surprised this place is even still open, Motel 6 is probably a hundred times better than this red roof in Arlington heights Illinois!!!!

Disliked: I had to change 3 rooms until they gave me the decent one/ I had to pay extra $170 for getting a microwave and little fridge in my room. Anyway I didn’t like the room and asked for refund and they refused to refund any money.

Dangerous

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING. RUN!
Disliked: Dangerous!! Felt very vulnerable traveling and waiting outside to be accommodated. Seedy area with crackheads in the parking lot and in the motel. Somebody was definitely selling drinks in the upstairs unit…… and somebody brought their pit bull without the leash!! Run!!!!
