Good place for travelers but...

Liked: Staff there is very good and friendly
Disliked: Keycard didn’t work and staff said to me that I can stay in room and when I will need to go out, I just need to ask them to open my room when I will get back. I think that it could be better if they just gave me another room, because motel was pretty empty. Also towels and bed linen were dirty.

Disliked: Dirty bed sheets ac didn’t work properly the whole unit smelled awful was there for a funeral the worst experience of my life and a sketchy place

Would not go back

Disliked: The door on the inside was badly beat up and dented in. Frame on inside and outside of the bathroom looked rotted. There were stains on the wall as well in multiple spots. I went to lay on the bed and it sorta caved in a little in the middle. Got back to the room about 9pm and tried asking for a couple extra towels and they were not able to provide me with any. When the shower was on, the water would leak on the floor outside the bathroom door frame.

Customer service trashy

Liked: Nothing couldn't even stay there cause nobody would answer the phone. Booking.com agent even filed a complaint against them for being so rude and hanging up on him and me. I do not recommend this place at all just by customer service I guarantee you this hotel is horrible! DO BETTER RED ROOF INN!
