Liked: Room was a mess holes n wall

We made do with the...

Liked: Location was great and convenient to everything we were there to do. Location was pet friendly.
Disliked: Having a comfortable chair other than the desk chair. The landscaping was in need of mowing and trimming. The room was tiny with extremely small area to hang clothes. Not like the picture in booking.

Liked: Receptionist at check in, Penny, was pleasant. Pet friendly, no pet charge. Location what we needed for husband's medical procedure. Bed linens nice. Fairly clean.
Disliked: Receptionist at discharge was disinterested, focused on her phone. No coffee, no interest in fixing some, though pots were there in lobby. No in room coffee. Shabby, hole in tub, leaking water on floor. Very old hotel, poor upkeep.
