Overall, I find my stay...
Liked: I have problems with the key box. I have people in their phone right outside my door. When brought to the manager’s attention this morning, I got reprimanded. All this seems to be my fault. I asked to change rooms. She denied me that request for the day. Embers the manager has many excuses and was aggressive about my situation. I am going to try to check out today and go stay somewhere else.

It's a nice place to...
Liked: It was very clean. Quite. And a reasonable price.
Disliked: The bed was very hard. There was no hand soap at the sink. Only one bath towel. The TV was not center of the bed it was way off to the left. Toilet paper was paper thin. No breakfast offered.

Liked: It was easy to fine. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and professional. The price for two nights couldn’t be beat. Once in the room it was like the world outside disappeared.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was trying to get in or out of the parking lot during rush hour. The street that it sits on is very busy and Chattanooga drivers are not the best.

Overall Good Value for the...
Liked: The room was renovated and clean! The tub looked brand new and super deep. Perfect soaking tub! Sleeping was comfortable. Lots of outlets for charging things.
Disliked: But I couldn't soak in the tub because the water wouldn't get hot. My showers were lukewarm. The mattress was a little thin & the pillows kinda small, however, still comfortable.

You get what you pay...
Liked: Location was about it. Everything you needed was there except elevator and pool.
Disliked: The staff was just not a people person almost as we were a bother. Then went behind us like we were lying. Let me explain. I traveling into town for not one but two family members funerals. One which was our granddaughters. The young guy who checked us in was like I don’t see your reservation. Then when showed him he acted as it was an issue he had to work. Then when get to the room, open door it was dirty from a person or party or whatever I didn’t stay in it long enough to know. The beds weren’t made and towel and bottles. Overall not acceptable by any standards. So I tote my child and my grandson down stairs and this is where it gets worse for me. I tell the same man nicely the room was not acceptable. He asked why. I proceeded to say well it’s dirty not been cleaned yet. This is where I told can you explain what not clean and why you want a different room he said. So now I like dude it’s dirty and started naming the issues. He then says we’ll have to go see. Which he did finally got a room for second time. Not with the view we asked for totally opposite side. Very unlikely I go back. My autistic grandson was amused and we definitely had a talk about it with the family. But just be careful and prepare yourself for you get what you pay for for sure.
