Disliked: Checked in, and immediately left to get dinner & sight see. Got back to the hotel around 8-815 and went to lay down and relax to watch football, folded covers back and there was animal hair all over the sheets! Went to the front desk to speak to the staff and was told that there wasn't anything he could do and that he was "sold out." No housekeeping on staff at night and I could call the manager on Monday to tell him about my issues.

Disliked: First the remote was broken; I immediately returned it to the FD, they gave me a replacement that did not work the TV. My room had roaches crawling on phone and under TV went to the desk requested a new room told U had to wait until HK cleaned, removed our belongings, went to breakfast returned at 11:30 still no room available, went site seeing and a movie, returned at 2:35 and was told I could not get a room until 3 pm even though U already checked in the day before. FD staff folded his hands across his chest and stated no exceptions. I requested his managers name that he provided me Mario, I asked for his name and he refused once I told him I was going to file a complaint he switched my room at 2:40 pmThe next day we checkedOut Sunday at 9:00 am and he stated he thought I lived in Charlotte regardless he was very disrespectful. I advised him that it dies not matter if I’m local or travel courtesy and respect costs $0 and J will never stay there again
