Good

Okay for one night

Liked: Nice, safe location and close to interstate. Facility appears newer.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable, leftover food stuck to microwave turntable, saw a bug just inside the door, and had us zigzagging across the parking lot from one end of the building to the other trying 3 different rooms that would actually open with the key (3rd time was the charm and staff said it was the frigid cold making the locks stick but imagine standing outside in high winds and blowing snow with hands full trying to get the door open, we did that 3x).

Ridiculous

Liked: The staff was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: There were roaches on my bed when I came out of the shower, which I am absolutely terrified of obviously. And when I looked under the bed where they crawled there was multiple bottle caps and sunflower seed shells, amongst other things. I had to move all my things to another room and it took forever.This app, “booking.com” also charged me $25-$30 more dollars than the hotel would have, which really pissed me off, the point of this app is for discounts. When I got there they rang me up and said “total $150 tax included” not realizing I had already payed. Thanks for the worst suggestions ever, and this is not the first time, but maybe the third that I have booked through here and left with some crazy hotel to deal with.
