Disliked: Very poor quality room; horribly stained linens; issues with TV connections; dirty room and poorly maintained facility overall. HUGE disappointment for the price charged for the room. I will NEVER stay here again.

One night and never again.
Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: The color of the walls was drab, only one picture in the room. The floor was worn out and there was a space under the door that let light in all night. This past its prime motel is in need of a total renovation. I am surprised Red Roof Inn has the name on it. It is far from the standard We expect.

Disliked: Our bedsheets had mold on them as did the chair in the room. The shower chair also looked as if it had never been clean but used by multiple people

Disgusting
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We stayed at red roof inn Cartersville Georgia. The 1st room had bed bugs and blood on the sheets. They would not refund the room and put us in a room 2 doors down with live and dead cockroaches. There was mold the top of the shower and ceiling. I saw them going to clean rooms in the morning with gloves amd no cleaning supplies. Silverfish also present in both bathrooms.

It was a decent place...
Liked: It was convenient to the main highway
Disliked: Not enough front parking for the rooms on the front side of the hotel. Some of the trees & shrubs were so overgrown that you couldn’t park in a spot next to it bc it would scratch your vehicle. The pool stayed covered all weekend, couldn’t use it.

Unsanitary conditions and uncaring customer...
Liked: We did not stay the night. As soon as my daughter and I saw the room we requested to cancel our reservation. Our request was denied, and we were told that we would be charged for the stay even if we did not say. We left and I contacted Booking.com and spoke with a representative. They said they tried to reach out to the hotel but we’re unsuccessful and that I should be expecting a follow up email which I have not yet received. I would not recommend red roof inn to anyone.

Liked: Did not get to eat breakfast due to fault of Red Roof Inn.
Disliked: when we arrived they to told us that we could not stay because our booked room did not have electricity. They said we would get a refund. They made no effort to contact us about the problem, even when I called at 5:00 pm to tell them I would be la th er than originally planned. They said it would be no problem.

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!
Disliked: The entire place was ran down and not clean! The pool which is advertised in pictures as being open, clean and a beautiful area around it with nice chairs and umbrellas was not even opened! It had a cover over it that looked like it had been there for years. There was a couple chairs that were nasty and old. There was black stuff, I’m guessing mold all around the pool area. Just disgusting !!!!! We never even checked in or went into a room. When I asked for a refund the guy was very hateful but eventually said I would get a full refund from Booking.com. We then had to search for somewhere else in the area to stay the weekend. After giving it a few days I still have not received my refund and now Booking.com is saying that Red Roof Inn returned the money to them but did not actually cancel my reservation so they will not give me my refund. They said they need a written statement from Red Roof Inn but they have told Booking.com they know nothing about it or don’t answer their phone!!! So Booking.com is just taking my money!!! I have even sent Booking.com pictures of what the property looks like and how trashy and nasty it is!!! There’s broken down vehicles with flat tires and jumper cables in them, trash everywhere and even looked like someone had been evicted because there was a pile of stuff outside one of the doors. I’m pretty sure people are living there. I have been on the phone, emailing them and messaging on Booking.com for days and it doesn’t look like they are ever going to give me my refund. This is just not right!!! But it seems this is how the world has become and the type of customer service we get now!!! Very sad!!! Oh and I have looked at other reviews and management of Red Roof Inn responds and says how much they care and are sorry people weren’t satisfied and that they are working on the problems. Well that is a big fat lie!!!! The place is just nasty!
