Liked: The price was good as was the location. It was clean. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Old, worn down exterior. Old interior (but very clean). This is a basic budget motel with work in progrsss as they are renovating the lower floor. No construction noise but garbage lying around outside and a wooded lot nearby made it feel a little less safe given it is quite run down. It did the job but might pay a little more for a brighter, fresher stay.

Disliked: It says a non-smoking room, but the smell in the room is full of smoking, very very bad smelling. Th staff didn’t change the room for us, she just came inside and kept spraying the fragrance which it’s so bad. I am normally not a complaint customer, but Really dont recommend this for the stay in Buffalo.The window is so weird like still under construction.

Liked: Large bed, quick access from car since it was on ground floor
Disliked: Fridge was leaking water, lacked towels only had the batter minimum and no washcloths, no tissue either and missing cups. Smelled strongly of cleaning solution so it was sanitized but at the same time the cleaner missed the leaking fridge and the cobwebs and dust at the bedside
