Passable

Liked: We had booked a non smoking room and mentioned that we will be reaching late(10-11pm). We reached around 11:30 and there was just one room left which was not non-smoking. We had a look and the room reeked of cigarette smell and we had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. We were travelling with two dogs and had to spend more to get a pet friendly hotel at midnight! Thankfully booking.com refunded our money but the hotel staff was non cooperative

Liked: We were late,, it ends to early
Disliked: All the burn holes in the bed spread , my bed alone seven burns in it ,cold nasty floors , hair in shower , the fifty dollar deposit shocked me never had that ever before , will never stay at this chain of rooms again , staff was very rude , back doors propped open so anyone off the streets could get in Easy ,,
